Vallée Framboise is a delicate and uplifting blend inspired by the morning dew of Provence’s alpine valleys, where wild roses bloom along the cool slopes and raspberries ripen under a gentle sun.
At its heart is smooth, mineral-rich oolong tea: a semi-fermented leaf from North India that lies somewhere between green and black tea in both taste and character. Mild, gently floral, and entirely without bitterness, oolong is prized for its energising theine and its wealth of natural minerals, including calcium, copper, and selenium.
To this soft, golden tea we’ve added whole raspberries and rosebuds, creating a naturally sweet and aromatic infusion that delights from the first sip. Beautiful hot or iced, Vallée Framboise is a tea for clear mornings, quiet strength, and the scent of flowers carried on mountain air.

Oolong tea, whole dried raspberries, rosebuds.
Brewing instructions:

Use 2 grams (approximately one teaspoon) of tea per 200ml of water

Heat water to 90°C

Steep for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain and serve
