At its base is a hand-picked Chinese white tea, harvested in the traditional “two leaves and a bud” style. Minimally handled and barely oxidised, these pale green and silver-tipped leaves yield a beautifully balanced cup: gently spiced, subtly fruity, and exquisitely smooth.

Brewing instructions:
